The breakfast at Kempinski was delicious and satisfying. They had a wide variety of tasty options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also great, making it easy to explore the city.

Spent an incredible Easter weekend at a luxurious hotel near the beach. The room was incredibly comfortable and the location couldn't have been better, just steps from the water and close to many local attractions. The restaurant and terrasse were a highlight of the trip, with delicious meals and drinks throughout our stay. The customer relations staff were professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience.

Not all aspects of our stay were perfect. Some of the staff were not as experienced as others and there were issues with the concierge and room service.

Spent my christmas at this hotel, the swimming pool and lounge area were very pleasant. The hotel was well equipped for persons with disabilities which was great. the customer relations representative was very professional and helpful.

Our room service was not at a 5-star level with dirty glasses and empty coffee capsules not being replaced. Quite a few of the staff was very junior and need to improve as we had a very unreliable concierge service.
